My goal and mission is to help my fellow Hispanic people in the ways that they can’t for themselves. My passion comes from my grandfather who is very special to me. My grandfather Jose Maria Suarez worked on farms all over the United States before he made his home in Florida where he continued to work on farms. In his time, he helped Hispanics who worked on farms at minimal wages as he did. He fought to help his people get food stamps and other benefits. He advocated and marched with his fellow Hispanics to fight for what they rightfully deserved.



Although I haven’t accomplished the many things my grandfather has, I strive to keep him proud by following in his footsteps helping our fellow Hispanics. I remember the stories he told me when I was young of the things he fought for. He told me that if I ever got the chance to help people that I should, that it was the right thing to do.

I grew up in southern Florida and spent most of my life there. After finishing school I was an assistant to a realtor from where I got the interest in the mortgage business where I specialized in helping people get into their new homes. For years I ventured in the mortgage and real estate business while working with my husband in the construction business until we moved to Virginia in 2010. Where we began farming. Once established I was feeling a little empty and needed more. I found that I needed that joy I felt when I helped people. So, after a couple of years, I started helping people in my community and by word of mouth I got more and more people coming for help in their taxes, notary, and other Hispanic services.

In 2016 I opened Cindy’s Multi Service where I do my passion. At my firm we do taxes specializing in H2A, notary, letters, credit counseling, translations, amongst other things. Also, we are always looking forward to doing much more in the future. We are always looking at other ways to help our community. 

Honesty, fair, and trustworthy. That is what Cindy’s Multi Service stands for. Sometimes I hear horror stories that you wouldn’t believe. Of where people have been taken advantage of because they do not know the language and didn’t understand. But here I help with what I can. I sometimes think back and know that, that is why my grandfather helped so many people and that is why he said that if I can help in any way to do it. You just get that satisfaction knowing you do the right thing.
